Common questions

Why did I lose access to my Lixiang account?

The most common reasons: the original Chinese phone number expired or was recycled; you received a new phone; the account was bound to a temporary number that no longer exists; or the Li Auto app logged you out after an OTA update. All of these cases are recoverable.

Will my autopilot (NOA / AVP) profiles be restored?

Yes. Autopilot settings, NOA routes, parking memory and driver profiles are stored in the Li Auto cloud and are restored when account access is recovered. If the data was cleared from the car itself, we can help reconfigure it from scratch.

How long does the recovery take?

Typically 1–3 hours from the moment you contact us. In complex cases - such as when the original number was completely deleted from the service - it may take up to 24 hours. We keep you updated throughout the process.

Do I need to bring the car to you?

No. Everything is done remotely. You stay at home or in the car while we guide you step by step via WhatsApp. No physical visit is required at any stage.

What if the original Chinese number is completely gone?

This is the most complex but still solvable case. We use alternative recovery methods through Li Auto's backend and, if necessary, create a new master account linked to a fresh Chinese virtual number. We also help you obtain that new number.

I bought the car second-hand and the previous owner's account is still linked. Can you help?

Yes, this is one of the most common cases. We unlink the previous owner's account and register a new master account under your details. This typically costs a bit more due to the additional complexity (from 8 000 ₽).

Is payment required upfront?

50% prepayment is standard. The remaining 50% is paid after you confirm that access has been fully restored and everything is working correctly. We never ask for full payment before the job is done.
